Advantage in SQL payroll system. - Handling salary affairs and staff attendance. - Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure. - Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels - Manage documents related to HR, Admin, Account. - Manage and handle supplier. - Willing to work 5.5days a week. - Having driving licence - Able to start working as soon as possible Responsibility : - Process payroll using SQL Payroll System and ensure timely payroll completion. - Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying. - Perform data entry. - Handle in resolving any administrative problems - Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. - Maintain operation supplies
