Subject Specialisation: • Programming, Networking, Database, Computer Graphics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering. Job Descriptions: 1. Prepares and delivers lectures to students within a prescribed curriculum; conducts classes; stimulating and guiding discussion; undertakes research and study based on documentary and other sources on subject lectured to ensure quality of courses is maintained. Acts as tutor to monitor progress of projects. 2. Prepares and participates in preparing examination papers, invigilating examinations and marking of students' written exercise, papers and practical work where necessary. 3. Offers counseling assistance to students and parents with a view to promote quality education, either in the College or off campus. 4. Organising extra-curricular activities for students in their field of study or for leisure activities. 5. A lecturer is expected to teach 20 hours per week and to undertake other duties/tasks as and when assigned by the Head/Coordinator. 6. Participates in professional forums, seminars, and training to keep abreast with technological developments and market demands. 7. Confers with Head and/or Registrar, and Lecturers and external consultants on curriculum design, class scheduling, students' welfare and other academic requirements on a regular basis and provides feedback to Head/Coordinator or Registrar to ensure policies implemented achieve the desired aims and suggests modifications necessary to improve quality. Job Requirements: • A Master / Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic, or a related field with a focus on integrated circuit design. • Proven experience in IC design, including hands-on experience with design tools and methodologies. • Research experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design. • Proficiency in using IC design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics) • Experience with fabrication processes will be additional advantage. • Ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate project. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of publishing research findings.
