Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct regular store visits to monitor and maintain product displays, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary. 4. Work closely with sales teams to ensure our products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and in compliance with company standards. 5. Monitor and report on stock levels and sales performance, and provide regular feedback to management. 6. Identify new merchandising opportunities and make recommendations for product placement and promotions. 7. Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to promote our snack food products. 8. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales growth. 9. Provide feedback to senior management on store and market trends, customer needs and preferences, and competitive landscape. 10. Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices.
