- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

- Drafting and preparing tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Organizing supporting documents and required forms for tender submission.
- Assisting in documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to projects and tenders.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for tender submissions and other administrative tasks.
- Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Arranging and coordinating site visits for company owners or stakeholders.
- Performing accurate data entry tasks for tender, including updating records, and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
