Project Coordinator (Kuching)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the renovation and construction of our exciting new gym projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in supervise and monitor the progress and quality of gym renovation and construction projects. Coordinate all site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project implementation. Maintain strict quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports to the Project Manager. Proactively identify and resolve potential problems and technical challenges. Supervise project teams and ensure workflow remains on track. Optimize project budgets and implement cost-saving measures. Handle project administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the fitness industry. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A team player with the ability to work independently when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with gym operations and industry standards is a plus.
