Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Creation: - Create visual designs for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, print advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, and more. - Develop innovative design concepts and translate client or internal requirements into compelling visuals. - Create brand identity materials such as logos, business cards, letterheads, and other branding assets. 2. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content for campaigns, promotions, and events. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product, and management) to understand design requirements and ensure designs align with business goals. - Take feedback from clients, managers, or stakeholders and implement revisions to designs as needed. 3. Digital and Social Media Design: - Design visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, banners, and promotional posts that align with brand guidelines. - Create email templates, web banners, and online ads to support digital marketing efforts. - Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining consistency across all digital channels. 4. Brand Consistency: - Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design work, ensuring that all materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. - Ensure the visual elements of the brand are presented cohesively across all touchpoints. 5. Printing & Production: - Prepare print-ready files for production, ensuring that all specifications are met (e.g., color, size, resolution). - Liaise with print vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials. - Review proofs and final designs for accuracy before production. 6. Design Trends & Innovation: - Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and techniques to ensure the company’s design output remains fresh and innovative. - Experiment with new techniques and design styles to continuously improve and evolve the company’s visual assets. 7. File Management: - Organize and maintain design files in an orderly and easily accessible manner. - Ensure all work is properly archived and stored for future use. 8. Project Management: - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. - Prioritize tasks and allocate time effectively to balance ongoing projects and urgent requests. Job Requirement:- - SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGNING - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer - Creative - Minimum 2 years experience
