Production Line Leader (Assembly & Injection)

1.Provide guidance, coaching and training to existing and new lines Assemblers. 2.To ensure and maintain line operators (Assemblers) discipline and to take or recommend disciplinary action when necessary. 3.To allocate and/or arrange work activities for respective Assemblers at the start and during the work period. 4.Ensuring at start of work period, lines/stations are in order (housekeeping), raw materials are available, SOP & samples (NG/OK) are displayed. 5.To confirm all required "markings", product slips and/or product labels are in order prior to starting production. 6.Must ensure line/station start and stop at beginning and enduring of work period is in line with set guideline. 7.To ensure at the end of the work period, the work area plus stations, 5S are in accordance to requirement. 8.To clearly define, monitor, train and coach Assemblers on quality requirements and method adherence (in accordance to that defined in SOP). 9.To ensure "First Piece" verification is conducted at the start of each production period for all assembly or sub-assembly processes. 10.Working with supervisors and Industrial Engineers on optimizing line balancing, Assemblies quality and productivity improvement activities.
