Project Manager (CSA) -Based at Nilai site office

1. Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring ad1. To support the Project Manager / Area Manager / Senior Construction Manager in the specialised area of Building scope of works 2. To support and advise on the development and implementation of procedures and work instructions for the successful completion of building works 3. To ensure the projects building works are completed with safety, on time, within budget, and of quality works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants. 4. To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff. 5. To coordinate Builder’s works to accomplish all the site activities. 6. To liaise with customers, consultants and design team for continual good relationship 7. To support, advise, plan, arrange and/or prepare the relevant technical expertise/knowledge required for the projects and distribute as required from time to time 8. To support and advise on project planning and scheduling and the monitoring of such developed schedules 9. To assist in the evaluation Subcontractors and Suppliers registration, approval, and termination 10. To inform Contracts Section Head of any changes for him to maintain and update Registered Subcontractors & Suppliers List 11. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the CompanyTotal Management Systems. 12. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Requirements: • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil / Construction Management or relevant disciplines. • Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in construction industry • Have strong technical knowledge in construction field • Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines • Strong knowledge in Civil, Structure & Architecture. • Must be willing to work and relocate to Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
