WORKPLACE : BANDAR ENSTEK, NILAI, NEGERI SEMBILAN Responsibilities may include as below but not limited to the following: Track and direct report project status updates to direct superior Lead project team to keep the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications Lead project team to develop detail costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal Assists direct superior to create, manage and maintain project budget Liaise with supplier/vendor/contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior Monitor procurement process with procurement team including RFQ, PR, PO tracking to meet project timeline Lead overall project team to ensure the material to be onsite as per target date Monitor and review project schedule for every engineering trade to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects Monitor and lead site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor, and contractor Ensure daily operational tasks of the project perform on time and effectively with team member Communicate with client/owner/end user effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement Chairs on behalf direct superior any site meeting daily/weekly/monthly with client/owner/end user by delivering up to date project progress Monitor and review engineering design work with project engineers/client/designer/consultant/contractor Review site progress summary report prepared by subordinates Review Method of Statement for the construction work prepared by subordinates Monitor RFI and submittal submission process Monitor Inspection Test Plan development, QA/QC documentation work and site inspection Monitor and lead team member to track and maintain every documentations control, digital information related to the project Lead in site problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws Review handover documents once the project completion Monitor and track invoicing process to be carry on time Maintain after sales service with client to support ad hoc site issue Facilitate communications between high management, office, and field staff Responsibilities may differ from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.
