Senior AI Developer

• Senior AI Developer (Native Korean) will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, product managers, and software engineers) to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. • Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency using techniques such as model pruning, quantization, and distributed computing. • Must be able to communicate in Korean and able and familiar with Korea Software industry, suppliers and Engineers in Korea. • Must be able to communicate in Korean, familiar with Korean corporate culture and able to work with senior management to develop long-term operational strategies and plans to meet company’s objectives, vision, KPIs and cost management
