Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in HR, Payroll, Immigration, and liaising for government bodies registration. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties related to statutory regulations, document collection and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Role & Responsibilities

· Manage HR-related tasks, including payroll processing, employee records, and benefit administration.

· Handle immigration-related matters.

· Liaise with relevant government authorities for registration and compliance.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including the timely submission of necessary documents.

· Oversee the collection and filing of essential documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, HR, or related fields.

· Minimum certificate or diploma in any relevant field.

· Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and administrative processes.

· Proficient in handling document collection and compliance procedures.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in both spoken and written English.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements

· Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Allowances & Benefits

Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 per month
