We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for oversee and supervise the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by overseeing service quality and resolving customer complaints.
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging feedback.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and large party accommodations effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels for FOH supplies, including menus, utensils, and tableware.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and timely delivery.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, private dining, or catering services.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure top performance and adherence to company standards.
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize labor costs.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and health & safety regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
