Operator (Production & QC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable operators to join our team. This role will involve working in either Production or Quality Control (QC), depending on the assigned responsibilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and having a diploma in a related field is an added advantage.

Candidates must have a fair understanding and proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities: Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines or equipment used in the plating process.
• Handle raw materials and ensure proper loading/unloading of items.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Reporting to Plating Engineer

QC Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections and measurements of products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Use testing tools such as XRF machines (if selected), microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to check product dimensions and plating thickness.
• Record inspection data accurately and report any non-conformities.
• Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures during all stages of production.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports and records.
• Reporting to QA/QC Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fair understanding and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A diploma in a related field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, quality or manufacturing) is an added advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plating environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools (e.g., microscope, micrometers, calipers).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
