Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Onboarding and Induction: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and provide support to resolve workplace issues.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance for career development plans.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are well communicated and adhered to by employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Compliance: Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee data and HR metrics for reporting and decision-making.
- Payroll Support: To ensure accurate and timely submission of employee data, including leaves, benefits, and salary adjustments.
- Other Duties: Support other HR functions and special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, anyhow fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and best HR practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Required languages : English & Mandarin
