Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and provide support to resolve workplace issues.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance for career development plans.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are well communicated and adhered to by employees.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Compliance: Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee data and HR metrics for reporting and decision-making.
  • Payroll Support: To ensure accurate and timely submission of employee data, including leaves, benefits, and salary adjustments.
  • Other Duties: Support other HR functions and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, anyhow fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and best HR practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Required languages : English & Mandarin
