Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Part-Time Office Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation of staff, documents, and other items as required, both within the city and for outstation trips.

KEY Role & Responsibilities

· Safely transport employees, packages, documents or materials to and from designated locations in a timely manner.

· Follow assigned routes and time schedules, making sure to meet delivery deadlines.

· Perform routine checks on the company vehicle (e.g., fuel level, oil, water, tire pressure) and ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition.

· Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside, and maintain its general appearance.

· Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled carefully.

· Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.

· Maintain accurate records of travel, deliveries, fuel, and maintenance logs.

Job Requirements

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.

· Familiarity with local routes and areas.

· Ability to use GPS navigation and maps to determine the best routes.

· Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.

· Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
