  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

At German Orthotics, we believe in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional work environment where our team can thrive. We are now looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing teams at Queensbay Mall (Penang) and The Starling Mall (Petaling Jaya).

Position Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in selecting the best orthotic products for their needs. You will deliver exceptional service, offer expert advice, and help achieve sales targets while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized consultations to customers, helping them select the ideal orthotic products based on their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Explain the benefits and features of our German-engineered orthotics to ensure customers make informed decisions.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, with stock properly managed and displayed.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A background in Physiotherapy, Nursing, or other health/medical-related fields is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with orthotics products and their benefits is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist a wide range of customers.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and helping others improve their quality of life.
  • Retail Hours: Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Team-Oriented: A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and achieving collective goals.
