About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals, adhering to quality standards.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling, sales reports, and payroll, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and promote teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and health and safety regulations
- Proficient in using restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets, demonstrating the ability to oversee operations and ensure consistency across locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
