My client is signing a Business Administrator.

If you have the right attitude and skill sets and want to make an impact in an MNC start-up environment, this is your opportunity.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle day-to-day related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain all related documentation.
  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and databases (electronic and physical files), ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments, suppliers, customers and partners.

Experience and Job Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in logistics, import, and export setup will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – English.
  • Proficiency in using office software, especially Excel.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
