As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities are; but not limited to:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers from existing databases.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within automotive repair shops and dealerships.
- Search and identify all automotive repair shops across Malaysia and turn them into customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, requirements, and purchasing potential.
- Highlight how products can solve customer’s problems, enhance vehicle performance , and provide cost- effective solutions.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to guide prospects toward making a purchase decision.
- Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities and pricing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the Company.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status through CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and marketing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
