Working Hours: Standard 9am – 6pm, and flexible to stretch if required.

Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational aspects of the company’s IT and network integration projects, ensuring smooth workflow, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial to driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to meet client requirements and project timelines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Delivery and Coordination
· Oversee and ensure timely delivery of all integration projects, from planning through execution and support.
· Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
· Implement project management frameworks to improve on-time, on-budget project completions.
Process Optimization and Quality Assurance
· Develop, document, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality.
· Set and monitor quality assurance standards for all deliverables and services provided by the company.
· Introduce and enforce KPIs to measure performance across projects, ensuring all milestones meet industry standards and client expectations.
Resource and Vendor Management
· Coordinate resource allocation and planning for projects, optimizing internal resources to meet demand.
· Manage vendor and supplier relationships for timely procurement of necessary technology, hardware, and software.
· Negotiate service-level agreements with third-party vendors to ensure compliance and continuity of supply.
· Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management
· Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and communication.
· Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and address any service issues promptly.
· Collect feedback from client’s post-project to inform continuous improvement in processes and client service.
Financial Management and Cost Control
· Manage budgets for projects and operational expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
· Review financial performance metrics, and optimize costs related to labor, procurement, and operational expenditures.
Compliance and Risk Management
· Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
· Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, client satisfaction, or team productivity.
· Team Leadership and Development
· Lead and develop a team of project coordinators, technical staff, and support personnel.
· Facilitate training and development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge across the operations team.
· Conduct performance evaluations, manage workloads, and build a high-performing team focused on operational excellence.
