Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Help in the assessment and valuation of contractor progress claims.
- Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Aid in the administration of contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
