Job Description
  • Spearhead and expand Synagie’s Social Media Management projects
  • Plan & execute all people and content marketing projects in the region, including
  • Social Media Management, Content Creation, KOL engagement and Livestreaming.
  • Have a firm pulse on the social media & KOL content creator landscape & trends
  • Produce high-quality content by collaborating with influencers, designers and writers (paid & organic content)
  • Oversee live stream production & coordination on marketplaces, social platforms or equivalent with the production team, partners, clients & hosts.

Client Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful
  • implementation of content marketing strategies & projects
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Manages client expectations and delivery across all projects
  • Track and measure the delivery and campaign performance for actionable postmortem reports, providing meaningful insights and identifying future revenue opportunities.

Administrative

  • Manage and ensure billings and payment accuracy, especially with content creators for project completion.
  • Documentation and archival of content and digital visuals in the asset library.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in social media and content marketing
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen.
  • Proven experience in developing and driving Digital initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ms Office suite (knowledge of using Klear is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (thrice a week onsite) in Pinnacle Petaling Jaya, Jalan Utara C
