Role Purpose:
The Financial and Donor Administration Assistant ensures effective financial and donor management by maintaining accurate records, processing donations, managing donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Maintain financial records, reconcile reports, prepare fundraising budgets, and align them with organizational needs.
- Donor Management: Maintain donor databases, liaise with donors for tax receipts, handle inquiries, and support donor engagement activities.
- General Support: Assist in preparing reports and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of financial administration, tax compliance, and donor management systems
- Team player with a donor-focused approach
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1-year experience in finance or accounts (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
