  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job roles, attendance, and leave.
  • Preparation of payroll, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Oversee and coordinate employee benefits.
  • Support in performance evaluation processes, feedback collection and appraisals.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain general ledger entries related to HR-related expenses; if can, handle full set of accounts.
  • Help track office expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing supplier invoices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and accounting software is a plus.
  • Can Handle full sets of accounts is highly preferable.
  • Can communicate in Mandarin for smooth conversation with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
