- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job roles, attendance, and leave.
- Preparation of payroll, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Oversee and coordinate employee benefits.
- Support in performance evaluation processes, feedback collection and appraisals.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain general ledger entries related to HR-related expenses; if can, handle full set of accounts.
- Help track office expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Assist in reviewing and processing supplier invoices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and accounting software is a plus.
- Can Handle full sets of accounts is highly preferable.
- Can communicate in Mandarin for smooth conversation with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
