Chargeman LV (3 bulan kontrak) - rotate shift

• Assist senior technicians in performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
• Learn to troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues under supervision.
• Help maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to facility-related service requests.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Monitor energy usage and report any irregularities or inefficiencies to senior staff.
• Assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives.
• Learn and assist in executing emergency response plans for electrical failures and other facility-related emergencies.
• Participate in emergency drills and training sessions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs as directed by senior staff.
• Assist in preparing reports on facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Engage in on-the-job training and attend relevant workshops or courses to improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and practices.
• Assist in facility upgrade projects, including the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Provide support in coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
• Work under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
• Develop skills to eventually supervise and train newer technicians and facility staff.
• Assist in liaising with external vendors and contractors for equipment, materials, and services.
• Ensure that all work performed by external parties meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
• Schedule and perform regular inspections and servicing of critical infrastructure under supervision.
• Assist with other general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide support in keeping the facility clean, safe, and operational.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
