About the role
CRUX Project Manager plays an instrumental role in ensuring the project's success by engaging in the development of the project concept and conducting a feasibility assessment. They initiate the project with well-defined objectives, scope, and stakeholder alignment, and develop comprehensive schedules and milestones to achieve the HVM target. Resources are mobilized, and JDT project teams are established to execute the project effectively. The manager conducts risk assessments specific to the ramp-up phase and formulates mitigation strategies, while also communicating progress and process optimizations to stakeholders. Ultimately, they ensure the project is prepared for full-scale production or operation with factory certification and refine transfer methodologies and best practices.
What you will do
  • Participates in the development of the project concept to ensure its feasibility assessment could cover HVM concept.
  • Initiates the project with clear objectives, scope, and stakeholders' buy-in.
  • Create ramp detailed project schedules and milestones to realize HVM target.
  • Mobilize resources and establish JDT project teams.
  • Conducts a risk assessment specific to the ramp-up phase and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicates with stakeholders about the project's progress and well-implemented of process optimization.
  • Ensures the project is ready for full-scale production or operation with factory certification.
  • Coordinates, develops and refines transfer to operation methodologies and best practices.
What you will need
  • Must hold a Degree Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Material Sciences related or equivalent with minimum 15 years experience in leading projects in Semiconductor R&D/Process engineering/Design/Development,
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and systems.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, MSP) is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Manage medium to large project teams with members outside the direct working environment.
  • Well-versed in technical knowledge, understand project life-cycle, project management processes and methodologies.
  • Conduct forward-looking risk management in close cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage resources, including specialized labor and expensive equipment, under tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership to aggressively focus on problems either individually or part of a larger team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skill in English language is a must.
