As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Kidsaurus Therapy, you will work with children of various ages who have physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. Your goal will be to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the child's occupational therapy needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance the child's ability to perform daily activities.
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to provide support and education on therapeutic activities.
Use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including sensory integration, play therapy, and motor skills development.
Monitor and document the child's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, physical therapists, and pediatricians, to provide holistic care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
