  • Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and check management accounts for audit and tax estimation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (SQL,MYOB)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in Plantation field will be advantage.
  • Monitor and complete all accounts for audit, tax and SSM filing on time.
  • Prepare and consolidate HQ and estate yearly budget and cash flow.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly cash position and comparison actual vs budgeted cash flow.
  • Reconcile estate monthly check roll and inventories information into HQ accounting system.
  • Verify all clients and suppliers invoices, bills, petty cash reimbursement with all supporting documents are properly attached before payment process.
  • Check PRS, payment vouchers and cheque issue before release.
  • Monitor all general/property insurance, road tax, quit rent and assessment to be paid on time.
  • Manage HQ petty cash floats and reimbursement.
  • Check and arrange to send all payments with supporting documents and reimbursement documents to financier for release payment or loan draw down.
  • Prepare and provide documents, cash flow and sublease report as require by the Financier/Trustees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
