  • Maintain employee personal record timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll process, claims, expatriate tax, annual review for insurance, and related reporting.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for payroll records.
  • Support Finance Audit on payroll reporting requirement.
  • Support employee engagement (onboarding & offboarding) and training development
  • Undertake administration duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned from time to time.
  • Understand GDPMD requirements, ensure that all documents comply with the requirements before filing and issuing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
