Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker specializing in Insurance Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and focusing on promoting and selling a wide range of insurance products. This role combines sales acumen, financial advisory, and exceptional service delivery to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell various insurance products, including life, health, property, and personal accident insurance.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Provide personalized financial advice to help clients achieve their insurance and investment goals.
- Conduct financial reviews and insurance needs analysis to recommend appropriate coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and company guidelines related to insurance sales and banking services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to policyholders.
- Track and achieve individual and team sales targets for insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch colleagues and other departments to maximize customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant licenses (such as TBE, PCE, and CEILI certifications) are required for selling insurance products.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or insurance, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of financial products, banking services, and insurance policies.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
