We are looking for a highly skilled AI and RPA Specialist to join our team in the Malaysian technology & insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to transform and streamline the operational processes including insurance processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage automation technologies to enhance customer service, policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and more within the insurance industry.

As part of our digital transformation initiative, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, designing AI-driven solutions, and improving operational efficiency through RPA and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand key pain points and opportunities for automation to be implemented for better productivity
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models to automate and optimize core operational functions and customer support
  • Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks in policy issuance, document processing, customer onboarding, and other back-office operations
  • Analyse customer data using AI/ML algorithms to derive insights and support business decision-making, enhancing underwriting accuracy, pricing models, and risk assessment
  • Integrate AI and RPA solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI and RPA solutions into the company’s infrastructure
  • Experience working with data analytics, data visualization tools, and setup in cloud platforms (AWS) for AI implementation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software integrations, including CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and non-technical.

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have own transport to work in Desa Sri Hartamas
  • Working hour: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm).
  • Expected to work off hours to manage deployment, production issues and high severity incidents.
