Your Role:

  • Design macro space layouts for new stores and enhance existing ones to drive category performance.
  • Collaborate with Shop Format Managers to create store plans, linking them to planograms, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Analyze data to optimize ranges across various store formats and sizes.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to macro space planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in retail, preferably in space planning, with CAD and Nielsen Spaceman expertise.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data analytics tools.
  • Mindset: Self-starter, deadline-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
