- Conducts preliminary vision and eye health tests including but not limited to

a. Taking patient histories and complaint

b. Measuring visual acuity

c. Performing tonometry to measure intraocular pressure

d. Performing Bruckner and shadow tests and observing pupil reaction

- Operates ophthalmic instruments to perform investigation accurately and aid ophthalmologists in diagnosing ocular conditions

- Supports ophthalmologists during eye procedures by providing pre- and post- procedure care

-To assist the doctors in their clinics

-Administers medications and topical treatments as instructed by ophthalmologists and optometrists

-Stay up to date with trends in the care, diagnosis and treatment of eye disordes.

-To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.

-Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism.

-Organize, file, and maintain health information in a confidential manner.

-Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
