Job Brief:

This is a Customer Services position. A Call Center Representative helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding products or services. They are responsible for customers' inquiries or concerns via outbound and inbound calls. They will be supporting local customers in Bahasa and English. Job will be located in Bandar Sunway.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer support through Voice and Digital channels for our customers.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Take extra mile to engage customers.
  • To meet / exceed agreed productivity and quality standards (eg: quality call monitoring and customer satisfaction monitors).
  • Identify and maximize upselling and cross selling sales opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should be Malaysians citizens
  • Candidate should possess a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Required spoken & written language(s): English, additionally Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English
  • Ability to converse & write in additional language or dialect, such as Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player passionate about delivering world-class customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
  • Must be fully vaccinated + booster
