Job Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in the full scope of payroll process.
  • Assist in new user accounts set up for contractors in HR internal system.
  • Assist in data entry of hours and employee details accurately.
  • Assist in checking and calculating contractors timesheet.
  • Assist in scanning and documenting payroll related documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology or any relevant field.
  • Meticulous, detail, and responsible.
  • Has good time management, deadline driven and can work in fast pace environment.
  • A good team player.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,001.00 per month
