JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to ensure all the equipment and materials required are available before starts construction work
- Responsible for mobilization of all equipment and materials to the site as per planned.
- To coordinate site activities such as manpower & machinery planning and material requirement planning as per schedule.
- Coordinating among the sub-contractors and suppliers to plan and execute the works as per plan and schedule.
- To supervise and monitor quality works including construction materials and work in progress as per client’s standard.
- To check the accuracy and sufficiency of construction information including the compliance to quality requirement and stipulated specification of all material used prior to construction.
- Record and report daily site activities including work in progress, resources used, and uprising events that might have technical and contractual implication.
- To prepare all documentation at site such as site diary, permit to work, site progress report, QAQC form and other related site document.
- To properly keep all documents at site such as supplier’s and sub con’s delivery order, material certificate, reference of work and etc.
- Responsible to take care of workers’ welfare such as accommodation at site and other uprising issues.
- To attend site visit when necessary and update to management accordingly.
- Ensure the construction activities are perform on time and within the budget.
- Identify and resolve all technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.
- Calculate, check and review the plan, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve project objective.
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials/plants site.
- To prepare work progress report, update site issue and report it to management.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Project Site Office (Peninsular Malaysia)
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess own transport
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
