We are hiring a Senior Executive to join our dynamic Group Learning Team and drive impactful learning and development initiatives across M Group. If you’re passionate about fostering growth, optimizing training systems, and collaborating with people at all levels, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Training Initiatives: Design and evaluate advanced training programs that align with corporate goals, ensuring measurable improvements in employee skills and performance.
- Oversee LMS Enhancements: Drive LMS optimization, ensuring seamless access, reporting accuracy, and innovative content delivery.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Champion innovative learning approaches, collaborate across departments, and implement impactful training solutions.
- Analyze Data and Deliver Insights: Lead data-driven reporting on training success, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational learning impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior Executive Candidates: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading learning initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a strong advantage for both roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
