  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring a Senior Executive to join our dynamic Group Learning Team and drive impactful learning and development initiatives across M Group. If you’re passionate about fostering growth, optimizing training systems, and collaborating with people at all levels, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Training Initiatives: Design and evaluate advanced training programs that align with corporate goals, ensuring measurable improvements in employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee LMS Enhancements: Drive LMS optimization, ensuring seamless access, reporting accuracy, and innovative content delivery.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Champion innovative learning approaches, collaborate across departments, and implement impactful training solutions.
  • Analyze Data and Deliver Insights: Lead data-driven reporting on training success, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational learning impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Senior Executive Candidates: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading learning initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a strong advantage for both roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
