To assist IT Engineer on the day-to-day operations in providing IT services to all staff and resolving issues raised to the Helpdesk in a timely and efficient manner. To identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Monitor and maintain computers, laptops and printers in the organization.
To achieve KPIs set, follows SOP guidelines, and maintain excellent service standards.
SUPPORT TO INTERNAL CUSTOMERS
Respond to tickets raised via IT Helpdesk as to ensure problems are resolve in the quickest time possible to reduce disruption to the end users. Escalate related issues and request for external vendor’s services when required
OPERATIONAL
To install and configure computer systems and printers, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems. Setup and configure IT related devices/gadgets.
Monitor and maintain windows and antivirus updates for the computer systems Work with HQ to establish and support technical policies and procedures i.e. new request for PC and Email services
DOCUMENTATION AND LICENSING
Assist IT Manager to maintain inventory record of hardware, software licenses, warranties, ID for IT services i.e.Intimax, Maslog, Office 365 etc and ensure IT policies are adhered to.
SAFETY & QUALITY
Comply with the organization’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and work instructions, contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ management system, the identification of workplace improvements in HSEQ and actively participate in HSEQ related training and meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
