Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning. Ensuring all office equipment
are well functioning.
- Providing office support to employee and organisation’s associates.
- Following up on business communications, billing, tracking expense and processing
payments.
- Preparing and verifying the monthly employee’s claims report.
- Preparing and processing monthly payroll.
- Preparing and submitting monthly statutory contribution.
- Assisting the management in areas such as scheduling appointments, preparing
meeting documents, managing correspondence and making travel arrangements.
- Assisting for scheduling and coordinating for special projects.
- Ensure all corporate records are accurate and up to date and compliant with office
policies.
- Stay current with all company regulations and requirements, including corporate
laws.
- Managing schedules for appointments and deadlines to support organisation needs.
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, or
stakeholders regarding corporate information or issues.
- Assisting the management with operational efficiencies and maintain administrative
processes.
- Keeping an organized file system (both digital and physical) of business activities
and corporate records.
- Able to work independently and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- To always maintain a good team player. Example, sharing of knowledge, helping
each other to meet deadlines, sense of urgency, etc.
- Any other tasks that are assigned by superior or management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably proven work experience as a
corporate administrator or similar job function as described.
- Able to work full-time 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday. May require occasional
overtime during peak periods.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft PowerPoints.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well in a team environment and with upper management.
- High level of critical thinking and logical analysis.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
