The Account Payable is responsible for providing financial and administrative in order to ensure effective, efficient, accurate financial and administrative operations for company. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and by providing this service in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are accurate and up to date, that vendors and suppliers are paid within establish time limits.
The treasury is to manage the liquidity of a business. This means that all current and projected cash inflows and outflows must be monitored to ensure that there is sufficient cash to fund company operation as well as ensure that the excess cash is properly invested.
The Banking is to ensures the accuracy of the balances shown by the bank statement and cash book through a bank reconciliation by matching the balances in an entity’s accounting records for a cash account to the corresponding information on a bank statement. The goal of this process is to ascertain the differences between the two, and to book changes to the accounting records as appropriate. Meanwhile, for the bank facilities is to ensure that a company has access to cash at all times and they can be particularly important for companies with seasonal sales cycles or other situations in which cash balance are particularly low at times.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) To ensure all activities must comply with GMP, OSHA, ISO & HALAL procedures and other regulatory requirements.
2) To ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed and maintain accordingly.
3) Account Payable (Non- Trade and General Payment)
a) Record and filing all the Good Receive Note (GRN) and supplier Delivery Order (DO).
b) Update the supplier invoice in the system on daily basis
c) Prepare the Payment Voucher according to the terms (matching invoice, DO, GRN and PO)
d) Maintain file for Payment Voucher
e) Prepare E-payment by upload the transaction from system into banking system (Batching)
f) Create IPR for finance department.
4) Treasury and Banking
a) Bank balance checking on daily basis
b) Daily reconcile the bank within the General Ledger and online banking (SCB)
c) Maintain the banking facilities report and file
d) Prepare and maintain banking facilities document such as Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit and Document Acceptance for submission to Bank.
e) Update any related banking transaction.
f) Prepare bank reconciliation for PMB.
5) Month end and Year end closing account
a) Clearing of GRIR and Prepayment.
6) Reporting
a) Analyze the monthly Aged Account Payable.
b) Prepare monthly GRN performance report.
c) Prepare prepayment report.
d) Prepare creditor reconciliation
7) Internal Audit and External Audit
b) Assist in yearly audit by external auditor (PWC and Boustead)
c) Prepare audit schedule for account payable
8) To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
