Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing and Billing
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Verify sales transactions and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and updated billing records in the accounting system.
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Implement and improve AR tracking systems to ensure timely collections.
- Reporting and Reconciliation
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Prepare periodic reports on AR performance and outstanding balances.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely payment of dues.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh Graduates or 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
