Responsibilities:
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assisting in managing a company’s accounting records, such as accounts payable and receivable records, and general ledger entries.
- Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper record of accounting documents.
- Assist in bookkeeping and other accounting practices.
- Liaise with auditors, corporate tax agents and related government agencies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Who are we looking for:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Must be proficient with MS Office and working on an online environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting double entries.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Willing to relocate
- Familiar with Accounting Software (Xero & SQL) will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
