- Oversee customer support, expectations, and relationships while identifying new business opportunities;
- Create monthly/quarterly reports for analysis and presentation to clients;
- Coordinate IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change and Dispose) requests with relevant parties and update master listing;
- Regularly maintain and update machines in the field with installed tools;
- Manage and replenish consumables at client locations;
- Proactively log in service request to Call Center for service maintenance;
- Follow up with the Call Center on pending service requests and provide updates to the clients on a daily or weekly basis.
