Our client company began to create small leather goods and eventually expanded the collection to include women’s handbags, luggage, ready to wear, shoes and men’s leather collections. What began as a small smoke shop, known for its expertise and excellent craftsmanship, soon expanded to a major luxury brand!

Job Descriptions:

• As a Part-Time retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand
• Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.
• Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
• Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long–term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
• Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
• The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed
• Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
• Able to speak in English & Bahasa
• Duration: 13th Jan – 28th Feb’25
• Can be extending till 31st March’25

Remuneration Package

• RM 110.00/day (Normal)
• RM 220.00/day (Public Holiday)
• 8 hours Shift/day (+1 Hour Break)
• OT applicable
• Work 4 days/week (Mon - Sun)
• Training Provided
