Job Summary:

The Executive, Human Resource (Generalist) will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support the HR department's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support management in addressing and resolving employee-related issues professionally and fairly.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing employee training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records.
  • Payroll Administration:
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR-related reports for management as needed.
  • Other Duties:
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,890.19 - RM3,000.60 per month
