  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Carry out installation, maintenance, repair, operation and periodic testing of the electrical system and all types of lighting installation.

2. Check, trace and rectify breakdown faults on the fire alarm system, domestic water supply, electrical pumps set and lighting.

3. Inspect water tank level, pump house, pump set, packing seals, float switch, piping systems, water distribution system and water leakage, breakdown and conditions of pipes

4. Monitor and instruct service works carried out by contractors or direct contract maintenance workers on their execution of monthly services

5. To make sure all pending task is completed within the time.

6. To supervise and coordinate task to technician and handyman works

7. Reports

Requirement

1. Min Diploma or certificates in Electrical or equivalent

2. Min 4 years experiences in building maintenance or electrical

3. Computer literate

4. Can be a leader to maintenance team

5. Posses own transport

6. Willing to stay back for any breakdown or emergency

Working hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
