RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Issue Sales Quotation for Van Salesman.
2. Prepare Sales Order for Office Customer, Van Sales Customers and telemarketing orders.
3. Checking Marketing/Van Sales Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
4. Receive and Verify Cash from External Transport and APS Salesman.
5. Issue Collection Sheets and Update Excel Tracker.
6. Entertain Walk-in Customer by taking orders and issue invoice.
7. Prepare Gate pass Daily basis for Van sales.
8. Receive Cash from Salesman/Transporters.
9. Handle Transports billings.
10. Attached Proof of Delivery together with APS Internal Documents.
11. Filling and labels documents.
12. Monthly once prepare Excel Spreadsheet for Logistics and Production tracker with VLOOKUP and
formula.
13. Create customer code for new Customers.
14. Other Ad hoc tasks given by management.
15. Receiving Incoming Calls and taking Orders.
16. Issue Cancellation Form.
17. Issue Invoices for salesman.
18. Daily Track and update Cash Tracking file.
19. Collection data entries posting in system.
20. Issue C/N for External Transporter for payment deductions.
21. The above-mentioned tasks subject to change as and when advised by the management.
Salary Package : RM 1800.00 – RM2000.00
Experience : Minimum 2 years in the related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
