Job Description:
- Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
- Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law
- Assist with the recruiting and on boarding process
- Assist/lead the development of HR processes, policies and systems
- Liaise with employees, supervisors, managers, co-workers in problem resolution
- Distribute and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
- Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case file; follows up on open cases
- Organizes and manages annual open enrolment communications and election process.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Answering phone calls
- Organising travel and itineraries
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Various ad hoc requests
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administrative, Management or related field.
- At least 1 years of HR experience.
- Fresh-graduate with related experience encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
Working hours: 5.5 days
Monday to Thursday - 9am to 6pm
Friday - 9am to 6:30pm
Saturday - 9am to 1pm
