Location: PJ Development City, Petaling Jaya
JOB SCOPE:
- Perform outbound calls to the customers (database and leads are given)
- Calling prospective clients to introduce company’s products and services (insurance)
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
- Recording customer interactions and updating customer information in a database
- Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company
- Handling customers from Singapore
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates is considered but preferred candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to speak and write in English
WORKING HOURS:
- 5 working days & 2 days off (weekends off)
- 9a.m - 6p.m
- Fully WFO
ALLOWANCES:
- KPI Allowance- RM200
- Monthly sales target - RM5000
- Quarterly sales incentive - RM2000
- Annual sales incentives- RM3000
INTERVIEWS:
- Only one level of interview (Physical) at PJ City Development
- Candidate will complete the assessment during the interview session.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
