- Responsible for project workflow and reporting to the Operation Manager.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies: Developing action plans to achieve sales goals, including setting targets, identifying target markets, and planning methods to reach potential customers.
- Conducting customer discussions: Interacting with customers in person or through electronic communication channels to sell products or services, providing information about products, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers: Strive to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customers continue to use the company's products or services.

- Achieving sales goals: Working hard to achieve sales targets set by the company, using methods such as digital marketing, sales promotions, and price negotiations to achieve these objectives.
- Preparing sales reports: Recording sales data, analyzing performance, and providing periodic reports to management to evaluate the achievement of sales goals and make relevant decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments in the company: Working with marketing, product management, financial management, and others to align sales activities with overall organizational objectives.
- Program activity management: Carrying out program management tasks for webinars, seminars, trainings, including marketing media activities, and others to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Assisting in preparation: For processing registration applications and related documents.
- Assisting in development: Distribution of marketing materials, whether digital or printed.
- Collaborating: With the marketing team to implement strategies to attract potential students and customers.
- Implementing sales activities: Such as making appointments, preparing and presenting paperwork to customers, and managing sales until customers receive the services offered. (Inhouse Program) – School, University/College
- Additional duties: Performing other tasks based on current needs and management instructions in line with company goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
